Konsep Dasar Profesi

       Istilah profesi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari digunakan untuk menunjukkan pekerjaan seseorang, seseorang yang bekerja sebagai dokter dikatakan memiliki profesi dokter. Istilah profesi dalam konteks ini sama dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukan seseorang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tapi apakah arti profesi yang sebenarnya??dapatkan seseorang yang memiliki pekerjaan dikatakan memiliki profesi?? To answer these questions, we should understand statement below;

(Ψs) =  - m i R T
dimana  m = molalitas (mol/1000g); I = konstanta ionisasi (biasanya 1,0 untuk non elektrolit sedangkan elektrolit tergantung pada derajat dissosiasi); R = konstanta gas (0,0083 ltr Mpa/mol); dan T = temperatur (oK)
Apa Saja Yang Memiliki Status Larutan???
Contoh:1. Larutan NaCl 1m (molal) derajat  disosiasi 100% (disosiasi sempurna),  maka jumlah partikelnya = 2
                       NaCL  à Na+  +   Cl-     (0 + 1 + 1 = 2)
                  2.  Larutan BaCl2  1m derajat disosiasi 80% (disosiasi tidak sempurna), maka   jumlah partikelnya =  2,6
                        BaCl2   à   Ba     +       2Cl-   (0,2 +  0,8  +  2x0,8 = 2,6)
•          Some principle describe above mattery :
•          Water moves spontaneously only from places of higher water potential to places of lower water potential
•          Between points of equal water potential, there is no net water movement
•          The zero point of the water potential scale is defined as the state of Pure Water (no solutes) at normal pressure and elevation where, Ψw = 0
•          Water potential values are always negative
–         for example, all plant cells contain solutes which will always lower the water potential
•          Ψw is increased by an increase in pressure potential (ΨP)
•          Ψw is decreased by addition of solutes which lowers the solute potential (ΨS )

Dangerous and Sweet

It's difficult to see from the surface.
But everything goes in and it stings,
Like a spider.
Hits you deep inside and
Ref.
I know that you are just like me, oversensitive.
Well I ordinarily breathe.
Taking everything for much more than it means.
Well it's dangerous, and it's sweet.
Cut us and we bleed.

All these words that we speak casually.
Well maybe I'm just weak, but it hurts me.
Everything you said x3
Well it cuts, like a knife
It hurts me deep inside and
Ref
I should put on my armor the next time I see you
So I won't be harmed. I know I can shoot my own arrows.
I'm sorry I hurt you.
I know that like me you can be oversensitive.

Chorus

Yeah it's dangerous and sweet.
Don't you know it's dangerous and it's sweet?
Cut us and we bleed.

Short Answer Questions:   Using water potential terminology, explain why:
  1. Over-fertilizing your lawn will cause it to “burn” (the leaves wilt, become dry and fall off).
yes, it could be. Over-fertilizing could cause  it to “burn”. it will be happen when we give in to excessive fertilizer plant or over-fertilizing, known as that the fertilizer have higher concentration than the ground. When fertilizer absorbed into the ground, there will be differences in the contrast between the internal of roots with the external environment. This triggered the osmosis of the soil hypertonic environment into hypotonic of the roots (the water molecules of roots would be through out to the ground then the molecules of fertilizer would be absorbed fastly by roots to the all part of plant). The higher concentration of fertilizer will cause dehydrated of tissue in these plants, decreased the photosynthesis and other metabolic processes in the body of these plants. The leaves will wilt, become dry then it will be fall off
  1. Strawberries become juicy when you add sugar to them.
The causes of juicy condition of strawberries is the difference concentration of the two. The strawberries as the lower concentration then the sugars as higher concentration. When they put into one place, the waters molecules will be moved to the sugars that from the hypotonic to hypertonic. Then the molecules of sugars will be moved in to the strawberries that from the hypertonic to the hypotonic. It also make the strawberries sweet.
  1. Cooks put wilted lettuce in cold water.
When we do this, the lettuce will be more fresh than before. Means, this is the osmotic process when the water molecules in low temperature moved to the internal tissue of lettuce and fill them. The waters molecules will moved from the low concentration to the higher concentration of lettuce tissue.
